County ordinance prevents me from performing retail sales from my home. Thus the process for purchasing a firearm is as follows:
- Make an appointment to come in and select your firearm(s). You will need to bring cash for the purchase please.
- We will meet at Elizabeth City Pawn & Jewelry.
- I’ll transfer the firearm to them.
- They will conduct the legally required background check and transfer the firearm to you. They will charge you $50.00 ($35 for Military, LEO, First Responders) to perform this service. I’ve already reduce the price of my firearms by $50.00 to account for this fee.
- You pay me for the firearm(s).
The above ONLY applies for firearms. For ammo and accessories, we need only step off my property to legally complete the deal.
